Forgive my thoughts but I always associate high fashion shows with bizarre looking gowns, weighty looking, and layered textiles making it so grueling for these thin, food deprived models to walk.
Bu on this recently concluded Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week held at The Plaza Hotel - 5th Avenue in New York City on February 15, 2012, it somewhat shifted my insight towards high fashion, designers might have thought more than presenting their art, they might have thought about me wanting to try on some wearables devoid of so much burden while striding the city streets. Just love these pieces, sublime if I may use a word to illustrate them, few of the designs walked at the runway.
