Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurant for 2016, Lotus Court of Marco Polo Davao brings back, DIM SUM LUNCH BUFFET EVERY SUNDAY starting March 12 to May 28, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for only Php600. 

This year's buffet will feature flavourful dimsum delights in an overwhelming variety of oriental goodness prepared in bite-size and served in traditional stacks of steaming bamboo baskets. Because dimsum is served in small portions, you can pick and try everything you want to your hearts delight.

dim sum items this year including glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaves, 
chu chow dumpling and three layer pudding cake.

Lotus Court is famous for its Buchi with Durian filling. These sesame-coated golden rice cake orbs are something you shouldn't miss for the world when in Lotus Court.


Marco Polo Davao Executive Chef, Alex Destriza will also introduce his new inspirational dishes on this occasion called the 'Fiery Wok'. We've sampled them ourselves and this woman is certain every foodie in you will truly enjoy it down to the last bite.  

"We are happy to introduce new items in our dim sum line up this year and we like to launch them to the public during dim sum buffet. They can sample different variety and choose their favorite," says Executive Chef, Alex Destriza. 

And now introducing the Fiery Wok dishes by Chef Alex - Stir-fried crabs with vermicelli, chilies and satay sauce with crumbled salted in hot pot and my personal pick, Wagyu US beef Short Ribs with pink peppercorn and vegetable fried rice with minced pork Lotus Court style. They're every morsel a true flavour of the Orient. You should try it!
