Aside from the recently concluded fashion show that features toy eagles in traditional Davao tribal garb, the Victor Dumaguing art exhibit, the Davao chocolate artisan booths at the lobby, Café Marco also offers scores of exquisite cuisine inspired by the traditional food culture of the 11 tribes of Davao.

On the spread will be a variety of local delicacies like Spicy tuna (Maranaw style), Tiyula Itom (Sama style), Adobo Pugo, Piassak (Tausug style), Linotlot nga Nonno (Jangan style), Yellow rice (Kalagan style),  Palikambing and Pitis (Tausog style) and Dugdug na Bulig (Jangan style).
