I’ve been following Big Bad Wolf Book Sale on Facebook for a while now. When they went to Manila and Cebu I thought I’d fly for Khaled Hosseini but when I heard they’re coming to Davao, I was over the moon about the development. Thank God, they'll be in town.

The world’s biggest book sale, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is coming to Davao this November 23 to December 2, 2018 and open 24 Hours at The Tent, Azuela Cove in R. Castillo St., Davao City.

Since 2009, the book sale has been a landmark event in Malaysia that eventually toured across  Asia – Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan lately in UAE and the right now, the Philippines and particularly in Davao City.

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale brings about a million books in display and over 20,000 titles in variety of genres in every place they go.

Big Bad Wolf Book Sale understands that books bought out of bookstores are expensive and not everyone has access to it. Hence, the idea of bringing rock-bottom prices on every book on display at the sale from 50% to 90% off the regular bookstore price.

BBW operate on a mission to build a new generation of readers. They’re also driven by their brand’s values of creating a love for reading not only among the children in the family but also in the community. BBW book sale aims to inspire people to chase their dreams and empower everyone with the knowledge they get out of reading a book.  Big Bad Wolf is a reading advocacy organization and not just a book sale.

“Reading opens up doors to many different opportunities. It allows readers to be creative, imaginative and empowers people to be a better version of themselves. We hope that through our Sale we will soon build a new generation of readers because it is our mission to change the world one book at a time,” said Andrew Yap, Founder of Big Bad Wolf Book Sale.
