For quiet a time I’ve been thinking that chilling out is just a state of mind, you can just find a comfortable place, sit, close your eyes and let everything go, but lately I realized environment really influences behavior so finding some place peaceful (away from dueling kids for moms like me) and quiet (away from ringing telephones and things of that sort, honking cars, beating up time) is much an ideal thing to do when you want to unwind.
To be honest, for the last 11 years I realized how poor I am, I had not done one, since activities of this sort is synonymous to family and bonding time and not a me time. Ahhhh, really writing this made me again realized I’ve been unwinding poorly, no wonder I often get grumpy.
Anyway, there are quiet a lot of great places to chill out, you can rent a place in Burj Al Arab, take a Siberian Cruise, have the best view of Mt. Everest from Katmandu, rent out the Safari room Where Prince William proposed to Kate, walk along the beach aimlessly or just set-up a hammock in your backyard, possibilities are endless.
Oh, since I had not done this alone yet, I’m sharing to you my heart’s desire …. This place is I thought so the best place to unwind … you think so? My foot thinking.... lol.
