Most of us want to live a healthy lifestyle and have a fit body. Not many of us though get really serious about it and take steps such as going on a diet and exercise daily. I have been telling myself to get fit but sometimes I forget my goals when I become busy with work, motherhood and all tasks that come in between. Though I might not be religiously doing exercise or eat healthy foods I still keep a few healthy habits in mind. One of this is drinking sufficient amount of water. We have been told since we were little to drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Water means solely water without additives or in the form of juice or teas, just pure unadulterated water.
