Don’t sugarcoat it. Sugar is one of the major culprits of tooth decay. It fires bacteria and acidity in your mouth that causes plaque to develop that will eventually eat away the enamel of your teeth.
Visit your Dentist regularly. While we habitually do what our dentist recommends, it is also but healthy to do visits at least twice a year. There can be mouth problems that can occur somewhere in the lean time we carelessly past our schedule. Remember that prevention is always better than suffer from tooth pain eventually.
