There are many maintenance tasks that you must perform on a regular basis if you own a home. It is important that this task is not neglected. Otherwise, the damage to your furnace could be severe. Your furnace is a very expensive piece of machinery. Therefore, it is in your best interest to do whatever you can to keep it in proper working order. Here are some of the reasons to change your furnace filter.
