THREE QUICK AND EASY JOLLY NOCHE BUENA RECIPES

Hello there!

With all the year-end ruckus we have at our workplace, I know we would really fall short of time preparing ‘handa’ for the Noche Buena. But fret not. I found a very easy way how to get away with all of these in as simple as 1-2-3.

Jolly is one brand in our supermarkets that carries multiple products. They practically have everything we need with our Christmas Noche Buena preparations at home.

So today, I’d like to share with you Jolly Super Easy Noche Buena Recipes, you’ll never even know you’re on it. For our first recipe, let’s share a drink to the adults in the house. Something milky, yet smashy if they’re up to it.

1. Jolly Christmas Choclatini

I admit, I’m no good at Mixology. I have to chat to a chef friend miles away to consult what’s the easiest and no-brainer way to come up with an alcoholic drink out of Jolly Chocolate Milk.

I thought maybe we can have a little adult fun twist this Christmas out of the wholesome kid drink standing in our ref. I told my chef friend to share me something that kick ass in a less complicated way. Preparing this is easy-peasy. Just a bottle of Vodka and a box of Jolly Chocolate Milk.

Ingredients:
5 oz Jolly Chocolate Milk.
1 oz Vodka

Procedure:
In a shaker, put in a handful of ice cubes;
Add 5 oz Jolly Chocolate Milk and 1 oz Vodka;
Shake it ‘till tiny sweats come out of the shaker wall then pour it in your martini glass.

If you ask me what Vodka brand exactly? Your preference actually. That’s it! Enjoy!

2. Jolly Lychee Sangria

Christmas is about tradition and celebration. What better way to celebrate it than sharing good drinks and happy time with family and friends. For most Filipino ladies, sharing hard drink is a no, no. So this one's a good and easy-going alternative to toast up the season.

When we have wine left overs sitting in our fridge after parties, this one's a good way too to make use of those stale wines rather than throw them away. Make sangria.

Jolly shared to me a loadful of goodies and there was Lychee in syrup on the stack. so I'm making Jolly Lychee Sangria.

Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 can ginger ale
1 can sprite
1 can Jolly Lychees in syrup
1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc

Procedure:
Slice the oranges and lemons crosswise;
Put the sliced oranges and lemons all together in a pitcher or in a punch bowl;
Drain Lychees in can and save half of its syrup;
Add the drained lychees except for the syrup;
Add in the white wine;
Add moderately all the other ingredients tasting it to your preference of wine kick along the way.
Serve Chilled.

Enjoy your Jolly Lychee Sangria!
