Hearty Delights of Summer at Seda Abreeza

It’s that time of the year again where skin gets darker, hair gets lighter, nights get longer, music gets louder, drinks get colder, food gets yummier and life gets better. Right! Summer is finally here and Seda Abreeza welcomes the season with a spectacular summer food spread anyone who loves fun under the sun will truly take pleasure in.

The recently awarded culinary team of Misto led by Sous Chef Bang Flores intend to take every diner to a whole new level of summer world food tour experience without leaving Davao.

Inspired by the success of the International Rice Bowl Buffet in Seda BGC, Misto of Seda Abreeza launched its own version on March 1 with a special twist that every guest will definitely enjoy to their heart’s delight.

The International Rice Bowl buffet offers distinctive, diverse flavours and ingredients from all over the world. Misto’s menu include; Hong Kong XO Fried Rice with Scallops and Asparagus, Saffron and Pimiento Basmati Rice (Spanish-Indian fusion), Brown Rice Stir-fry Vegetables, Creole Shrimp Rice (South American-inspired), Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice, and Smoked Fish, Salted Egg Fried Rice.

Misto's summer offering applies to dinner buffet during Fridays and set menus during lunch and dinner from March 1 to April 30, 2017. 

The dinner buffet also comes with sumptuous dishes from the different regions of the country. This is in participation on the “Flavors of the Philippines,” a project initiated by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotions Board. So expect to see a smorgasbord of our all-time favourite Filipino food including Lechon, Chicken BBQ Pinoy style and all of these mouth-watering goodness;

SUMMER COCKTAILS are also available. The choices of beverages will surely soothe your summer thirst. I love how they name these drinks. To me, it evokes romance, vigour and a sense of let loose. Come on, its happy season, get some life! 

You have three choices - The Sunset Boulevard, White Beach, or High Tide – all these beautifully crafted drinks are yours to enjoy for only Php 280 nett from March 1 to April 30, 2017.

The SUNSET BOULEVARD contains grenadine, pineapple rum, banana rum, pineapple juice, orange juice garnished with kiwi fruit, strawberry, grapes, oranges, and blue curacao.

HIGH TIDE contains vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, sweet & sour cranberry juice garnished with kiwifruit and strawberry.

WHITE BEACH contains white rum, vanilla ice cream, pineapple juice, coconut syrup, garnished with strawberry fruit.
