THIS WOMAN EATS …

Yes, the most sought after summer cooler on this part of the world - my beloved country the Philippines. This yummy is mainly shaved ice topped with ice cream, cereals, sweetened beans, leche flan, 'nangka' whatever you wish to mix, hence, the name 'halo-halo' (to mix). Sugar and evaporated milk completes the mixture.

Had a bowl lately ...

Obviously, I've spent wisely, not a single drop left.

    I generally don't eat anything cold when the weather is still below 50 but I would not mind devouring all the halo halo. I miss halo halo,one of the things I didn't get to try when I went home :(
